Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine proudly conducted an engaging “Facebow Transfer” workshop for BDS students, designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical prosthodontic skills. The workshop was expertly facilitated by Prof. Dr. Naseer Ahmed, Dr. Shuja Adil, and Dr. Huda Adil, and commenced with an insightful lecture explaining the fundamental importance of accurate facebow transfer in achieving precise maxillomandibular relationships. Following the lecture, participants witnessed a comprehensive live demonstration of the facebow transfer procedure—from patient recording to articulator mounting—providing them with a clear understanding of its clinical application. Under the guidance of the facilitators, students also gained valuable hands-on experience, enhancing their confidence and competence in prosthodontic techniques.
