Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine (AIDM) believes in strict merit based admission to achieve high standards in dental education by fulfilling the criteria of PMC.
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) has approved the Policy & Criteria for admission in BDS for the session 2024-2025
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Eligibility criteria for candidate seeking admission in the BDS Program at Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine should have fulfilled the following mandatory criteria:
- Minimum 60% marks Intermediate Pre-Medical from a recognized Pakistani Board / Equivalent A
Levels/ US/ Canadian High School.
MDCAT EXAM 2024 PASSING PERCENTAGE:
- Minimum 50% on the national MDCAT 2024 as per PM & DC.
MERIT FORMULATION:
Merit will be determined as follows:
| 1 | MDCAT | 50% weightage |
| 2 | F.Sc (Pre-Medical)/ HSSC/ Equivalent | 40% weightage |
| 3 | SSC/ Matriculation/ Equivalent | 10% weightage |
